License for Web Site Use
This license is for use of Earl’s music to the extent of:
(1) song for a personal website such as an independent blogger, entrepreneur, wedding photos, dog sitter, etc. You get unlimited use of the licensed song to stream on your web site provided that the song cannot be downloaded by your visitors. Purchasing this license means you will respect Earl’s copyright, and not distribute, sell, or violate the terms of his music and this license. Purchasing this license means you will contact Earl here with a link to your website featuring his music. Purchasing this license means you agree to credit Earl’s music on your website, example: "The piano music you're hearing is courtesy of Earl Johnson."
Limit: You can license as many individual songs as you like at $10.00 each, but each song license is good for one web site. In other words, for two web sites using the same song, please purchase an additional license.
The license is valid for the purchaser only and is non-transferable.
(This License does NOT cover: Large-scale websites such as Amazon, Microsoft, etc, Radio Spots or Ads, Long Film / Motion Picture / Video Use, Broadcast Television, ANY Video Streaming service (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), Theater, Film Festivals or distributed on a mass scale via DVD or the internet, or any other project not related to compliment small Website Use. OTHER STIPULATIONS:
Note that when you license a song, you don't own it. You are licensing it for use. There is a legal difference in the copyright sense. If you purchase a CD, obviously you own the CD - but you don't own the copyright to the songs themselves.
The songs you license cannot be the main content of your product or project. This license is designed to allow you to use Earl's music simply to compliment your existing product or project.
