License for Manufactured CD / DVD / Media / Audio / Slideshow Use
This license is for use of Earl’s music to the extent of:
(1) song for a small, independent project (less than 100 copies manufactured). You can use the song(s) you license freely using our standard license fee of $10.00 per song. Purchasing this license means you will respect Earl’s copyright, and not distribute, sell, or violate the terms of his music and this license. Purchasing this license means you will contact Earl here with a copy of or a link to your project featuring his music. Purchasing this license means you agree to credit Earl’s music, and it should appear in the video or project as follows...

Limit: 100 copies. If you intend to manufacture more than 100 copies, contact Earl here with the specifics of your project for a quote or send a request through CD Baby Licensing. This does NOT cover film projects or long play video. This is intended for shorter media projects, slide shows, power point presentations, etc. For film projects or long play video please purchase the “Long Film / Motion Picture / Video Use” license.
The license is valid for the purchaser only and is non-transferable.
(This License does NOT cover: Radio Spots or Ads, Long Film / Motion Picture / Video Use, Broadcast Television, ANY Video Streaming service (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), Theater, Film Festivals or distributed on a mass scale via DVD or the internet, personal websites, or any other project not related to small CD / DVD / Media Use)
OTHER STIPULATIONS:
Note that when you license a song, you don't own it. You are licensing it for use. There is a legal difference in the copyright sense. If you purchase a CD, obviously you own the CD - but you don't own the copyright to the songs themselves.
The songs you license cannot be the main content of your product or project. This license is designed to allow you to use Earl's music simply to compliment your existing product or project.
